Day 7: 30 min run with Daniel McKenna, my new fave Peloton coach. Did some house chores – the workout room is almost ready. Picked up McD’s hot fudge sundaes for “lunch,” made pickle soup for dinner. Not ready for Monday but it’s coming! #habitstothrive

Day 6 (yesterday): 6 beach miles, only a few of them in the rain. Lazy Saturday with bad tv and whiskey #habitstothrive

Day 5: Kicked it off with a 45 min Tread Bootcamp with Daniel McKenna and it was awesome. Husband made fried rice with mushrooms for dinner. It was another long day at work, and fully ready for the weekend!

Day 4: Busy work day. Snuck in 5 min on the bike, pizza for dinner. Mood is still positive so letting a less than stellar day slide. Tomorrow, I’ll aim for a longer treadmill run before I open the computer.

Day 3: Rough start this morning, but after work I got in my first treadmill run (2 miles) since we left Texas in November. Semi-homemade minestrone soup for dinner. #habitstothrive

📚Don’t mind me, I’m just over here ignoring all my adult obligations and staying up past my bedtime tearing through Echo. I want to slow down, but I can’t slow down.

I just deleted instagram (which is nbd) and tweetbot (😱) from my phone. let’s see if I can actually stay away.

I forgot how much I missed the @onepeloton app.  Some days you just need to sob through a cool-down run with Jess King.
